Integrating your event with your facebook page

How to integrate your ticketing-service into your Facebook Page

* Publish content on Facebook and share your event with thousands of people
* Make the most out of Facebook’s social graph to share the event with your network
* Take advantage of several effective tools to promote and create buzz

In order to maximise your ticket sales, multiply the media platforms you use, integrate your ticket-service to your Facebook Page to make it easy for people to click ‘buy’!

Step 1 : Add your ticketing-service to Facebook

After you have successfully activated your event, click on the ‘Configuration’ button and select ‘external integration’. Choose to add the ticket shop to Facebook using the blue button. A pop–up window will appear where you can select the Facebook Page in which you want your ticketing-service to be integrated.

Step 2 : Set up your Facebook ticketing-service (log in your facebook page)

The ticketing-service is now on your Facebook page. To set up the ticket shop, click on the tab ‘Ticketing-service’ on your page and log in by using your account details.

Step 3 : Choose what you want to display on your Facebook page

You can now choose between 2 options:

– “Display a list of all my events on this page”:
Choosing this option will display your events list on one page, so that your guests can access the ticket office for any of your events.

– “Display the ticket office for just one of my events” :
Choosing this option means the ticketing-service is displayed for just one event on your Facebook page.

Select your preferred option, click submit and your ticketing-service will be fully integrated! Afterwards you can return on your page and change the configuration of your box office at any time.
